Our PULSE product is a decision-support and situational awareness tool that optimizes response times, helping first responders fulfill compliance agreements, cut costs, and most importantly, save lives and property. PULSE alerts its users upon detecting service that does not meet set standards. PULSE then provides administrators and review boards with comprehensive data for constant improvement analysis.

The Genesis system is our primary resource for managing the system. We use it to manage air time / usage, field equipment (radios), and support maintenance. Tracking down intermodulation and interference problems without Genesis is considered to be next to impossible!
Genesis reports have been and continue to be used extensively in a detailed reports required by our customer. But its biggest contribution has been supporting troubleshooting efforts. The volume of information and the ease of extracting it have been invaluable.
