Launching on Friday October 12th, we will be starting a monthly Genesis Training Webinar Series featuring tips and tricks from our Genesis Experts! The October webinar will highlight What’s NEW in GenWatch3 v2.15. This webinar series will be held on the 2nd Friday of each month at 11:00am CT.
We’ve joined the Mob…that is Mob Programming. Many of the development teams at Genesis have adopted Mob programming where the whole team (coders + testers) works on one item at the same time. While this may seem counterproductive, the effects are quite the opposite: everyone working together yields better quality, accountability, communication, and team chemistry! Mobbing gets items done faster with higher quality.
With the release of GenWatch3 v2.15, we have decoupled the separate products: GenWatch3, GenGET, and iVista. Now when you upgrade your GenWatch3 software, you no longer need to update GenGET or iVista within a major version. This improves the speed of upgrades enabling customers to take advantage of the newest updates!
We were honored to partner with the Children’s Advocacy Center of Smith County and Smith County Sheriff Larry R. Smith to help raise money and awareness for the CAC in a benefit golf tournament held at Hideaway Lake this week. Every day child victims of physical and sexual abuse come through the doors of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Smith County. When they arrive, they find caring professionals and volunteers dedicated to reducing the trauma of abuse and helping navigate the criminal justice system. Families find support and resources. Most important, this is the place where the smallest voice can be heard and children can begin the healing process from abuse. Visit their website to learn more.
Thank you to everyone who visited with us at APCO and MTUG in Las Vegas! Seeing our amazing customers is what makes these shows so great.
We look forward to catching up with our Channel Partners at the Motorola Fall Road Shows.
