Dane Windsor Joins Genesis as Sales Account Executive – Western US Region

Genesis is pleased to introduce Dane Windsor as Sales Account Executive representing our Western US Region.  Dane joins Genesis with a diverse technical background as well as a wealth of experience in Motorola Subscriber Radios and Radio System Management.

Dane’s career began as a mechanical designer of cellular equipment for Motorola while finishing his education in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, and Engineering Management. Post-university, Dane expanded his technical capabilities as a Software Developer and implementation consultant in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Dane returned to Motorola and established himself as a subject matter expert in Land Mobile Radio APX/P25 subscriber equipment and subscriber radio systems, directly engaging with hundreds of Public Safety Agencies nationwide.

After countless interactions supporting state and local, and federal government clients, Dane developed a passion for strengthening communities through the enablement of municipal governments around the country.  This drive to strengthen communities at their foundation brought him to the National Association of Counties (NACo).  Acting as a Relationship Manager and Data Scientist to agencies across the western half of the United States, he consulted City and County entities to create substantial savings of community tax dollars by studying the analytics of their historical municipal expenditure data and crafting action plans that took advantage of historical spend patterns.

Now teamed with Genesis, Dane can uniquely engage his aptitude for software solutions, subscriber radio systems, and intelligent data usage, paired with his continued passion to strengthen communities across America.

Dane enjoys playing golf and basketball, trail cycling, gardening, family time, and sports of any season.
