Our Customer Support Technicians are truly the real deal. Our latest addition to the team, Jamal Ghulam is — how do you say it — oh yes, crazy smart. Jamal earned an International Advanced Diploma in Computer Science from NCC Education, UK. He also holds a Bachelors in Business Information from The University of Greenwich, and a Masters in Information Technology Security from The University of Westminster in the UK. Since then, Daron has taught programming for engineers as adjunct instructor at U.T. Tyler.
