Monthly Training Webinar: Improvements Are In The Works!

Since we launched our monthly series of webinars, our mission has always been to provide our valued customers with “in demand” content that brings awareness to, increases usage of, and most importantly maintains a high return on investment from the GenWatch3 software. With that said, we are going to cancel our December session in order to review what worked and what can improve so we kick off 2020 strong!

Genesis Welcomes Jamal Ghulam

Our Customer Support Technicians are truly the real deal. Our latest addition to the team, Jamal Ghulam is — how do you say it — oh yes, crazy smart. Jamal earned an International Advanced Diploma in Computer Science from NCC Education, UK. He also holds a Bachelors in Business Information from The University of Greenwich, and a Masters in Information Technology Security from The University of Westminster in the UK. Prior to joining Genesis, he was self-employed as an IT support consultant. In his off-time, he enjoys World of Warcraft (for the Horde), real-time strategy games, long walks, good food, history and astronomy. On top of all that, Jamal is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet in a number of languages: he is fluent in English, Arabic and Urdu/Hindi.
