Your organization just upgraded your GenWatch3 ATIA software, and now has access to iVista. The only problem is, you aren’t sure what iVista is or how it can be used to monitor and manage your radio network. Well…you are not alone, which is why the topic for May’s Sync Call is completely centered around our iVista browser-delivered solution. We will focus on all elements of the software including its Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Dashboard, Map Displays and Reporting capabilities. By the end of the training, you will understand not only how to navigate within and throughout the screens, but more importantly, what the information is telling you regarding your system’s performance!

New from Genesis:
Our partnership with Kalibre in Melbourne is a vital part of our commitment to increasing the global value of the Genesis brand. Our presence at APCO Australasia and interaction with public safety communications professionals helped cultivate new relationships and strengthen existing ones in the Australia, Asia and Pacific region.
From Genesis President Jim Nipp:
“Today we flew to Adelaide to meet with the team from SAGRN (South Australian Government Radio Network). What this Motorola managed team has been able to do with Genesis and Kalibre as partners has become the model for other managed service offerings, worldwide. This visit was in response to their willingness to pull back the curtain and show off some of the magic. Likely my single proudest day to be wearing a Genesis logo on my shirt.”
