We were honored to host representatives from the office of US Senator John Cornyn (R-TX). The visit included a tour of the Genesis Phirst Building, and discussion on how businesses like Genesis make a positive impact on the East Texas economy.
In addition to serving on the Senate Finance and Judiciary Committees, Senator Cornyn serves as the Majority Whip, the second-highest ranking position in the Senate Republican Conference.
APCO 2014 came and went quickly for us, thanks to the many people who visited the Genesis booth and kept us busy. Pictured, Chad Richey demonstrates our new PULSE vehicular response and call tracking system to some attendees. Mark Tatum with Genesis’ partner Kalibre (standing nearby) was on hand to demonstrate our new Manager of Managers, which provides a view of an entire ASTRO® 25 or Dimetra system through a single pane of glass!
A big round of applause to our partners from London and Melbourne, and a very special “thank you” to our customers and everyone else who dropped by booth #438 in New Orleans. See you all next year in Washington, DC!
New from Genesis:
Representative Louie Gohmert (R) of the First Congressional District of Texas stopped by the new Phirst Building where Genesis CEO Phil Burks gave a full tour. Mr. Gohmert has been representing the East Texas area in the US House of Representatives since 2005 where he has fought for conservative fiscal and social issues.
