Genesis is excited to invite you to our sixth annual Genesis User Forum, taking place in San Antonio, Texas, on Sunday, August 2, 2026, from 8 AM to 4 PM at the Hilton Palacio del Rio.

 

The Genesis User Forum brings together our valued customers to share ideas, explore our latest software release, and collaborate on future roadmap enhancements. This year’s forum will be led by the Genesis Support Team, with our full team joining us for GUF 2026. The day will focus on real-world user experiences, practical insights, and open conversations with the team that supports you every day.

 

New for 2026, join us later that evening for our Genesis Customer Appreciation Night from 6 PM to 9 PM at the iconic Tower of the Americas. This celebration is all about you, with great food, fun, and fantastic company.

 

We look forward to seeing you on the Sunday before APCO and National MTUG for two exciting Texas-sized events in one day!

 

Both events are complimentary to attend, and both require pre-registration. When you complete your Genesis User Forum registration, you will have the option to add-on registration for Customer Appreciation Night at the bottom of the form. If you’re only able to attend one of our Sunday events, register to join us for whichever one you can! Please register by June 26th.
