Another day for the books! Today, we had three great reasons to be thankful:
1. We had a special visitor, Baby Sylvia, T. J. and Gracie Chapman's new little one. She is the star of the show wherever she goes!
2. We celebrated 20 years of Jeff Schubert at Genesis! Jeff epitomizes our core values of integrity, inspiration, and generosity.
3. We celebrated the Land of the Free the way we know best: with a cookoff! Our All-American Cookoff showcased tasty treats from Mom's kitchen to Main Street USA. Our winners:

With an impressive 18 years of experience spanning disaster recovery, IT, and software development, Tony brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Recently, he's been actively investing in our future by participating in workshops and events for kids, focusing on BBC Micro:bits, Scratch programming, and other STEM activities.
When Tony isn't delivering top-notch support to our customers and inspiring young minds, he cherishes moments with his son Jake, his girlfriend, her children, and his extended family, complete with two cats and a dog. Today, we visited some very special people for National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, the dispatchers at City of Tyler Police Department, UT Health EMS, and Smith County Sheriff's Office – 911. Dispatchers work long hours and navigate many challenges, yet never falter in performing their vital duties. Thank you, dispatchers, for your hard work and dedication. You are heroes to all of us!
