PLAY BALL! ⚾️💥
It was Opening Day at Miracle League Of Tyler this weekend. For these kids, their families, and everyone involved, it’s more than baseball. It’s pure joy. That’s the whole point of Miracle League; every child, regardless of ability, gets to experience the game.
Jim Nipp and James Wansley jumped in as buddies. That role is everything. They’re out there helping the kids bat, run the bases, and just making sure each player feels like an all-star.
Miracle League is onto something great in Tyler. We are already looking forward to the next game!

A lot of people avoid hard things. Some will do just enough to get by. And then there are a few who raise the standard, lean into the pressure, and keep moving forward when others fall back. We’re fortunate to have one of those at The Genesis Group. Executive Director of Support & Technical Operations, Tanner Spurlock, is built that way.
The drive and commitment Tanner forged during his time in the Navy didn’t fade when the uniform came off. You still see it in how he shows up every day.
While leading a critical part of our business and raising four kids, he stayed on mission and kept pushing himself. Over the past three years, he has completed:
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
• Master of Science in IT Management
• Master of Business Administration
• …and 14 industry certifications
That kind of output doesn’t happen without discipline. It takes consistency, accountability, and a commitment to finish what you start. Tanner represents the very best of our Genesis culture. Integrity, Generosity, and Inspiration. He lives all three every day, and then some.

It’s National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, and Genesis recognizes the incredible dispatchers, our heroes with headsets, for their vital role in keeping our communities safe.
When emergencies occur, Public Safety Operators are the calm voice amid chaos, the steady presence behind every call, and the lifeline in critical moments. From coordinating first responders to guiding callers through their worst days, they are always there, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Thank you, DISPATCHERS! Your dedication and professionalism do not go unnoticed. ❤️

Another bright, beautiful, and glorious day at Genesis!
We took time to celebrate the people behind the software: Our Developers, who show up with their A-game day after day and knock it out of the park. The work they consistently produce is nothing short of outstanding, and we are genuinely proud of what they accomplish together.
To say thanks, we hit the pause button for a moment and honored them with a well-earned celebration: an ice cream sundae bar, a soda float bar, and plenty of extra sweet treats.
What gets us out of bed in the morning? We create tools that empower our customers in LMR Public Safety to fulfill their vital responsibilities. That’s the kind of motivation that hits harder than an extra-large double shot espresso. 💥
We are grateful for this team. We are grateful for our mission and our labor of love.

It’s like a pit stop for the soul. Once a month, the Genesis team gathers together for something we call Refuel and Refocus.
Our special guest at this month’s Refuel and Refocus was Shannon Glenney, Board Member for Miracle League Of Tyler, who lit up the room with her enthusiasm and passion for this great organization.
The Miracle League of Tyler is a nonprofit that makes baseball accessible for children with physical or cognitive disabilities. Here, the field is designed with wheelchairs, walkers, and crutches in mind. Here, the love for the game shines brighter than any scoreboard.
Every high five, every cheer, and every ear-to-ear grin is proof that the game truly belongs to everyone. Being there, helping dreams come alive on the diamond is a grand slam home run in more ways than one.

“It is finished!”
In observance of Good Friday, we pause and remember the significance of this day. We remember how Jesus willingly went to the cross to die for our sins. He wasn’t a victim of circumstance. He wasn’t forced to go. He went willingly, and this was his plan all along. His plan of perfect love for all of us.
“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

For the past eight years, Caroline Gage has been a crusader for our customers as our LMR Orders & Service Coordinator at The Genesis Group. One would have a hard time finding someone more laser-focused and dedicated to serving our customers than Caroline.
