The lovely ladies of Genesis and Ringmaster Jim Nipp had a show-stopping time under the big top at BLING-O, enjoying laughter, fellowship, and plenty of sparkle…all while supporting the Children's Advocacy Center of Smith County. It was a three-ring celebration for a truly wonderful cause!

25 years ago, they woke up expecting another normal day.
They went to work. Boarded flights. Had people to come home to. Their lives were full of ordinary moments and plans for a future they would never get to see.
For many of us, September 11 is a memory we can still feel. For a generation born afterward, it is a day they know through photographs, documentaries, and the stories we choose to tell.
That is why “Never Forget” must mean more than remembering a date. It means remembering people. Their names. Their legacies. The places in their families that no one else could ever fill.
Today, we honor those who never came home, those who survived, and those who risked everything to help others. We remember the families who have carried their loss through 25 years of birthdays, holidays, and everyday moments when someone should have been there.
We cannot give the next generation our memories. But it is our duty to honor this date with the gravity it deserves, and to remember how ordinary people answered unimaginable cruelty with extraordinary courage and compassion. We can help them understand why, even 25 years later, we pause.
Remember the day. Remember the lives. Never forget.

The sun came out for Team Annie…and so did the championship trophy! ☀️🏆
Genesis had an absolute blast at the 35th Annual PAVE East Texas Corporate Spelling Bee! This year’s "Bee on Broadway" theme delivered hilariously creative costumes, plenty of friendly competition, and more insanely challenging spelling words.
And somehow, Team Annie (Annie and Rooster Hannigan) spelled its way to first place for the second year in a row! 👏
As exciting as the victory was, the sweetest part was supporting PAVE East Texas and its work to educate, empower, and equip more than 1,900 adult learners pursuing GEDs, stronger English skills, and workforce certifications.
We are grateful for the hearts behind PAVE: Their staff, volunteers, sponsors, and every participating team that made this year’s event a real showstopper.
Congratulations, Jan Roberts and Robert Boggs of Team Annie! We love you guys today…and tomorrow…tomorrow…we’ll love ya tomorrow…

🌟 Genesis Employee Spotlight: Taylor Miller! 🌟
When your son is proud to wear his Genesis Gives Back shirt, you know your workplace is something special.
Taylor is a Systems Engineer, problem-solver, Santa’s helper, and official in-house hat fitter. In just a little over a year, Taylor has become an important part of our team. But if you were to ask him what makes Genesis special, he has difficulty committing to just one answer:
⭐️ The collaboration
⭐️ The opportunities to serve and give back
⭐️ The way Genesis loves and includes his whole family
⭐️ And yes…the four-day workweek isn’t exactly terrible 😉
But the moments that mean the most to Taylor involve his son, Ryker.
Ryker lights up when he gets to visit the office, proudly wears his Genesis Gives Back shirt, and looks forward to volunteering alongside our team at events like The East Texas Food Bank. For Taylor, seeing Ryker – and his entire family – experience the joy of serving others has created memories that will last a lifetime. Sometimes, the best part of where you work is seeing how it touches the people you love most.
Congratulations, Taylor! We’re grateful that you are part of the GenFamily!

In the middle of it all, hundreds of people of every age made the life-changing decision to follow Jesus. East Texas gathered to love boldly, and the widespread ripple effect will be felt for a long time. This is what it looks like when the Church and community come together!
