Vincent joins our eBONDS Software Development Team, bringing his unique experience, talent, and creativity.

Vincent has been in the Tyler area since 2015, attending Whitehouse High School before earning his B.S. in Computer Science from UT Tyler in December 2023. He previously worked at Trane Technologies, where he sharpened his skills as a Software Engineer.

Outside of work, Vincent enjoys biking, video and tabletop gaming, and video editing. Whether he’s tackling code, hitting the trails, or plotting his next move on game night, he has plenty to keep him busy!

Refuel & Refocus! ⛽️✝️

At this month's Refuel & Refocus, we were reminded that following Christ doesn't make us immune to hardship. Jesus said plainly, "In this world you will have trouble" (John 16:33), but in the same breath He gave us reason to hope: "Take heart! I have overcome the world."

"Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." – 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18

Giving thanks in the valley doesn't mean pretending it doesn't hurt. It means trusting that God is good and that He is with us: in the uncertainty, in the loss, and in the pain.

We're grateful for a work environment that facilitates moments like these, where we can bring everything we have to the foot of the cross and to carry one another's burdens along the way.

What do integrity, inspiration, and generosity look like in action? For 26 years at Genesis, they’ve looked a lot like James Wansley.

James sets the standard for our core elements through the way he works, leads, and cares for people. We are grateful for his leadership at Genesis, but his enthusiasm for serving others extends far beyond our walls.

James is a devoted husband and father, the Mayor of Whitehouse, and a Jedi Master who has served with Leadership Tyler, the East Texas Council of Governments, and the Whitehouse ISD Education Foundation. He also gives his time to organizations and events that make life better for people throughout Whitehouse and the Tyler area.

In the words of one of his coworkers: “James has a way of inspiring people to keep learning, get inspired, and get involved. You would be hard-pressed to find someone around the office who has more passion for their work, their community, and just being a good human. James inspires me to be a better friend, neighbor, coworker, and person.”

⚾ This is what love of the game looks like! ⚾

Genesis had the absolute joy of serving as player buddies for some remarkable young athletes during the @Miracle League Of Tyler's fall opener at Faulkner Park. The laughter and joy were contagious!

The Miracle League makes baseball accessible to children with physical or cognitive disabilities on a field designed with wheelchairs, walkers, and crutches in mind. But what happens on that field is about so much more than baseball.

Every swing is celebrated, every player is cheered, and every athlete gets their moment to shine.

Genesis is grateful to partner with the Miracle League of Tyler and help create a place where every player belongs, and every player is a hero.

25 years ago, they woke up expecting another normal day.

They went to work. Boarded flights. Had people to come home to. Their lives were full of ordinary moments and plans for a future they would never get to see.

For many of us, September 11 is a memory we can still feel. For a generation born afterward, it is a day they know through photographs, documentaries, and the stories we choose to tell.

That is why “Never Forget” must mean more than remembering a date. It means remembering people. Their names. Their legacies. The places in their families that no one else could ever fill.

Today, we honor those who never came home, those who survived, and those who risked everything to help others. We remember the families who have carried their loss through 25 years of birthdays, holidays, and everyday moments when someone should have been there.

We cannot give the next generation our memories. But it is our duty to honor this date with the gravity it deserves, and to remember how ordinary people answered unimaginable cruelty with extraordinary courage and compassion. We can help them understand why, even 25 years later, we pause.

Remember the day. Remember the lives. Never forget.
