GenWatch Release Notes
This GenWatch update is available at no charge for customers who are up-to-date on their maintenance and support agreement. For support questions or to check the current status of your support and maintenance agreement, please contact Genesis Customer Support.
Before installing on an ATIA-based system, the database will need to be updated. Genesis Support personnel will provide this service for customers who are up-to-date on their maintenance and support agreement. If applicable, please contact Support to schedule the update.

- Zero Usage Talkgroup Report – Reveals talkgroups that have no calls or no affiliations over the specified time range

- The latest suspect reason is now displayed on the suspect grid.
- Suspect grid changes are stored and recalled. This includes hidden columns, column order, and sorting.

- Statistic Widget – Selectable statistics for the site box color and size.
- Site Statistic Widget – Color gradient customization.
- Active Fault Widget – Filter faults by System, RFSS, or Site.
- Group Drilldown Widgets – Group Affiliation and Group Affiliation Distribution can be added to the dashboard.
- Site Drilldown Widgets – Site Registrations and Site Group Distribution can be added to the dashboard.
- Subscriber Registration Heatmap – Displays subscriber registrations on a map, with the option to filter by agency or talkgroup.
- Heatmap widgets’ position can be easily saved in the settings.

- “Mark All as Viewed” button will set all existing notifications to “viewed.”
