Another bright, beautiful, and glorious day at Genesis!
We took time to celebrate the people behind the software: Our Developers, who show up with their A-game day after day and knock it out of the park. The work they consistently produce is nothing short of outstanding, and we are genuinely proud of what they accomplish together.
To say thanks, we hit the pause button for a moment and honored them with a well-earned celebration: an ice cream sundae bar, a soda float bar, and plenty of extra sweet treats.
What gets us out of bed in the morning? We create tools that empower our customers in LMR Public Safety to fulfill their vital responsibilities. That’s the kind of motivation that hits harder than an extra-large double shot espresso. 💥
We are grateful for this team. We are grateful for our mission and our labor of love.

It’s like a pit stop for the soul. Once a month, the Genesis team gathers together for something we call Refuel and Refocus.
Our special guest at this month’s Refuel and Refocus was Shannon Glenney, Board Member for Miracle League Of Tyler, who lit up the room with her enthusiasm and passion for this great organization.
The Miracle League of Tyler is a nonprofit that makes baseball accessible for children with physical or cognitive disabilities. Here, the field is designed with wheelchairs, walkers, and crutches in mind. Here, the love for the game shines brighter than any scoreboard.
Every high five, every cheer, and every ear-to-ear grin is proof that the game truly belongs to everyone. Being there, helping dreams come alive on the diamond is a grand slam home run in more ways than one.
Learn more or get involved at miracleleagueoftyler.com.
Opening day is April 18th at Faulkner Park!

“It is finished!”
In observance of Good Friday, we pause and remember the significance of this day. We remember how Jesus willingly went to the cross to die for our sins. He wasn’t a victim of circumstance. He wasn’t forced to go. He went willingly, and this was his plan all along. His plan of perfect love for all of us.
“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
Genesis will be closed for Good Friday. If you are a customer with a support need, we’ve got your back: genesisworld.com/support
Have a great Easter Weekend!

Genesis Employee Spotlight: Jon Hernandez 🌟
Jon is a steady and trusted presence on our Support Team, bringing deep technical expertise and a genuine care for people into everything he does.
Ask Jon what stands out most about working at Genesis, and it’s not just the work; it’s the culture. “I have been blown away over the last three years by the generosity of the people here and the collective mindset of both work and community goals. Everyone is invested in ensuring the company's success and supporting the community outreach opportunities that Genesis offers.”
One of his favorite memories goes back to his very first customer visit. After their work was done, he and Support Team Lead T.J. Chapman found themselves with a little free time. This turned into a rain-soaked sightseeing adventure through Washington, D.C. Not exactly ideal weather, but no doubt unforgettable.
Day in and day out, Jon continues to impress us with his professionalism, heart for service, and deep understanding of the inner workings of Genesis software. He is a go-to guy for our Support Team and a trusted partner to our customers.
We are grateful for Jon as well as his personal support team, his family, lifting him up behind the scenes.

🎉 Happy Birthday, Jim Nipp! 🎉
Anyone who knows Jim knows he is a force of nature, leading, serving, inspiring, and raising the bar for all of us. Jim is a champion of innovation and a key contributor to the advancement of the Land Mobile Radio industry. He is also passionate about his role as a servant-leader, giving generously of his time, talents, and resources to make our communities better. “Whoever would be great among you must be your servant” (Matthew 20:26). Jim doesn’t lead from the top down; he leads from the front, serving others first. Our core values of integrity, inspiration, and generosity are written on his heart.
“May integrity and uprightness protect me, because my hope, LORD, is in you” (Psalm 25:21). His character is consistent, steady, and rooted in doing what’s right.
“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:16).
“Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me” (Matthew 25:40).
Jim, thank you for the way you lead, the way you serve, and the way you invest in people. Genesis is stronger because of you. We are better because of you. Have a GREAT day, Jim!

What a week at IWCE (the International Wireless Communications Expo) in Las Vegas! As always, it exceeded our expectations in every way.
Many of the partners and friends we work with every day were leading discussions, sharing their in-depth knowledge and real-world experiences. Learning from them firsthand was both inspiring and a powerful reminder of the caliber of people in this community.
One of the things we always appreciate most about IWCE is the Voice of the Customer. We do not have to wonder about the challenges our customers face in the field. We can sit in the audience and take notes as they stand on stage and talk about the real problems they are solving every day. It is hard to imagine better product feedback than that.
We walked away with fresh insights, new perspectives, and a deeper understanding of where the Land Mobile Radio industry is headed. IWCE continues to bring together the full spectrum of critical communications, from 911 centers to enterprise security, all united around one mission, moving the industry forward.
And honestly, gatherings like this feel less like a business conference and more like a family reunion. Getting to spend time with our tribe, the professionals we have the privilege of calling customers, friends, no, family, is what makes weeks like this so special.
So we leave Vegas inspired, energized, and grateful.
