GenWatch3-ATIA empowers system administrators to monitor, manage, and report on voice and data systems from multiple sources in multi-site enterprise networks. It uses the GenGET (Genesis Global Enterprise Tool) utility to capture data from sources such as ATIA (radio traffic), GGSN (IV&D and Enhanced Data), GPS (Motorola IMW), SNMP, and UEM. GenWatch3-ATIA then distributes that data to desired connection points.

GenWatch3® empowers system administrators to monitor, manage, and report on Motorola voice and data systems for commercial, private and public safety agencies. One integrated tool pulls together all system-wide data to display real-time activity, send critical notifications, and archive data for forensic reporting and comprehensive analysis.
GenWatch3 significantly reduces the amount of time spent assembling or dissecting data from various sources while substantially increasing the amount of information readily available. This provides system administrators the ability to proactively measure and meet system performance metrics.
GenWatch3 combines power and innovation to provide tools necessary to monitor, manage and report on two-way communications networks:
The modular design of GenWatch3 provides the flexibility to expand functionality and features as needed.
ModulesNotifications alert appropriate personnel via email/text/SNMP of important system events, such as emergencies, busies, outages, and other network diagnostics.

GenWatch3-ATIA provides at-a-glance views of network performance from every angle:
GenWatch3 monitors networks from a single centralized location and sends alerts during critical system events. Key Performance Indicators display real-time activity on calls, busies, connections and peak usage. The Subscriber Access Manager prevents unauthorized radios from accessing the system.
GenWatch3 Reports offer in-depth forensic analysis of all system activity and clearly display usage and performance. Every packet of data is decoded, sorted and stored in MS SQL databases for multiple years with no loss of detail. These reports are displayed in flexible MS Excel® and can be used to trend utilization for resource planning.

The GenWatch3 Data Warehouse solution optimizes multi-zone two-way network analytics by consolidating data into a single, centralized storage archive. With GenWatch3 Reports, data is available on demand for viewing and analysis.
The CMAF filters ATIA data and distributes it to agencies by zone, talkgroup, and/or subscriber ID. In the event of an interruption, the data stream is buffered, so no data is lost. It is the perfect solution for multi-zone networks with member agencies who want to manage and report on their own subscribers.
