The following are recommended specifications for the operation of GW3-TRBO^® v.2.23. For questions, please contact Genesis for system requirements.

GW3-TRBO Host Server

Required for 7 or more sites, more than 1200 subscribers, and/or increased database capacity.

• Chassis Type: Rack Mounted
• CPU : Xeon® Silver 4208 CPU with 8 cores and 16 threads @ 2.10ghz or similarly equipped
• RAM: At least 32GB DDR4 @ 3200MT/s
• RAID: Type 5. Hardware RAID Controller with write caching ability, ie. PERC H750 or similar
• Storage Amount: 600GB of available storage space. Typically 3x 480GB drives
• Dual Power Supply
• Window Server 2019
• MS SQL Server 2017
• MS Excel 2019

GW3-TRBO Host

Compatible with up to 6 sites and less than 1200 subscribers. If system exceeds this, then Host Server is required.

• 16GB DDR4 RAM
• 500GB SSD
• Windows 10 Pro Version 1607 or later (64-bit)
• MS Excel 2019
• MS SQL 2017
  • MS SQL 2022 Express included for up to 6 months of archiving
  • MS SQL 2017 Standard required for up to 12 months of archiving (must also purchase increased GW3-TRBO archiving license)

GW3-TRBO Client

• Recommended: 12th Generation Intel® Core™ i3-12300 @ 3.5GHz 4c/8t
• 16GB DDR4 RAM
• 500GB SSD
• Windows 10 Pro Version 1607 or later (64-bit)
• MS Excel 2019
• 10Mb of bandwidth per client
  • This includes VPN bandwidth for remote clients

Note: If your system is large or high volume, consult Genesis for recommendations specific to your system. It is recommended to use a UPS to protect the equipment and data.
