Every kid deserves a comfortable place to sleep. Grace Embedded is a ministry of Pure Religion that exists to provide beds for next-of-kin foster placements in the Greater Smith County Area of East Texas. To date, they have provided over 900 beds to children who have been removed from their homes to a relative pending a CPS investigation.

Per tradition, for the past 8 years, Genesis has participated in Grace EmBEDded’s annual Thanksgiving community-wide bed build. Green Acres Baptist Church hosted over 300 volunteers, who constructed 100 beds for kids in East Texas who need a bed.

We have much for which we are thankful, especially an army of gracious donors and volunteers and their enormous hearts for serving others. Thank you!
